The Humane Society of Lake County

I am a very sweet and petite little angel.  I am curious and seem to like most other cats.  Even though I have a simple playful side, I’d rather loaf in the sunlight coming through a window.  I would love to go to your house and curl up with you and a good movie.

I am a VERY big boy, and I am a Maine Coon.  I am declawed on all four feet. Even though I am older, I love to play, especially with strings.  I talk a lot and need quite a bit of attention.  Right now, I have a funny haircut for the summer, but when it grows back, I will be a HUGE fluff ball and you can brush me.  I’m not too sure about other cats because I need to be the center of attention.  Trust me; I will bring great pleasure to your days!

I am a HUGE Maine Coon, declawed  in the front.  I have two different-colored eyes that are really neat.  My step-brother is Sebastian.  I am shyer than he is, but I do like to be brushed.  I like to hang around while you’re having your morning coffee and possibly keep you warm on a cold night.  I am quiet and a good listener.  Please give me an opportunity to be your pet.

I am a very sweet dilute tortie.  I love attention and I love to play.  My favorite toy is a make-up brush.  I get along with some cats, but I definitely do not care for dogs.  I would be a great lap cat if you would only give me an opportunity to prove myself.  Please ask for me at the Shelter.

I am a silly and sweet little girl, and I am the sister of Regis.  I would adapt to any situation because I have such a versatile disposition.  I am a chatterbox and love to play and play and play.  If you like goofiness, I am the pet for you!

Pumpkin is a Labrador/Shepherd mix.  She is fine with children and other dogs, but questionable with cats (ask us at the shelter when we’ve had her a little longer).  She’s going to be a larger dog with a nice temperament and is quite active.

Sammy is a Shepherd mix.  He is medium to large and has a nice personality with lots of energy.  He’s such a handsome boy, too!  Sammy is waiting patiently for his “forever family” and promises to be a great addition to your household.
